Bar, states the London correspondent of The Post, dieclose the gratifying intimation that no fewer than twenty-two women were* successful, including Miss L. N. Dawes and Miss M. /(.sb worth, who, having passed the final,' are now eligible! for "call" to the Bar. Of these, Masses A. W. Hastings, E. M. Price, and K. M. M. Siesmore won firsts in Roman Law, and L. A. Monree a first in Criminal Law, while second classes were! achieved as follow:—Roman Law, I. 0. Willis; Constitutional Law, E. Sanderson;/' Criminal Law, E. P. Hope; Real Property, E. Healing and M. A. Westell; Hindiu and Mohammedan Law,- M. A.' Tata.

The first woman barrister in England will be called! to the Bar in a few days. She is Miss Ivy Williams, a member of an Oxford family intimately associated with tlie law. H«r name was posted at the Inner Temple at the head of the. list of twenty-three students, as follows :—
