A PUBLIC SERVICE ENTERTAINMENT.

The large Town Hall and tho Concert Chamber have been engaged for Thursday, th« 22nd Juno, when a big concert, supper, and dance have been arranged by the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Public Service Association as a welcome to the visiting delegates in attendance at. the annual conference of the Executive Council. Excellent entertainment has been provided, a.nd included in the concert' part of tho programme are items by Misses Mabel Esquilant, Eileen Driscoll, and Messrs. A. Russell, H. F. Wood, H. Fester, and H. Gcdier. This is tho first time in the history of the Public Service that a.n evening of this kind has been arranged', and the respoiise already received! en-> sures a large attendance.
