NELSON, 15th June. At the Supremo Court to-day William Balfour Hay was1 found guilty of breaking, enterinff, theft, and arson ,in connection with a. fire al 'Louissons, Ltd., after the promises had been burgled; and Ernest Wairau Broad wag found guilty of breaking, entering, and theft, but was acquitted on a charge of areon. The charges arose out of the 6ame set of circumstances. Each' was sentenced te fifteen months' hard labour.
