LONG - STORED WOOL
WATERSIDERS OBJECT TO
HANDLING IT.

The watersiders refused to accept work this morning loading 26,000 bales of Government wool which have been in store for several years.- They contended that the wool, is dirty, and, demand 6d' per hour extra. ' A compromise was effected by the employers, who offered to_ pay the difference between the Arbitration .award and the compensation for accident, payment to all who suffer from poisoning as the result of handling the wool.
