Several matches for the trophy presented by. the captain of the Miramar Club were played during the week. Results are as follow:—M. J. Crombie (7) beat A. E. Allison (14), 2 and 1; A. E. Conway (1) beat S. Gambrill (3), 5 and 4; W< T. Wynyafd (6) beat J. Rahkine Brown (12), 2 and 1; L. W. H. Grace (3) won bv default from T.' A. Hunter (8); J, L. Petley (3) beat W S. Wilson (12), 3 and 2; j. G. hughes (9) beat'J; A. Ritchie (18), 3 and 2; H. A. Stitehbury (4) beat W. G. Fisher (9), 3 and 1; T. H. Liddle (3) beat J. B. Grange (12), 4 and 2. ■■ \
