The question of control of games was touched on .by Mr. W. Hardham, V.C., al, the annual meeting of the Petone Jtiigby Football Club. He said that the referee wa.s there in the best interests. of the game, and while his decisions may not be always right, players should always play Ui the whistle, and accept his rulings jvithout cpeation.
