"AN ATTACK ON LABOUR"
CAPETOWN, 6th March,
The Capetown Council, by 17 votes to 16, rescinded the .provision that all muiricipal employees must belong to their respective- trades unions. Labour members declared that the resolution was intended to break trades unionism, and was a frontal attack on Labour.
