PERTH, This Day. A remarkable nullity i suit was heard at the Courts. After- tho death of his wife, Robert Holmes, a wealthy pastoralist, driyilc heavily, and became mentally and physically feeble. In May last two doctors certified that he was incapable of managing his own affairs, which his brother is managing. The same month Robert married his housekeeper, and his brother, on behaJf of Robert's son entered a petition for, divorce on the grounds that Robert was incapable of contracting a marriage owing to his mental condition. Mr. Justice Burnside pronounced the marriage null and void., ' ■ ■ ,
