LONDON, 6th. March. : Mr. J. T. Brownlie, secretary of the shipbuilding engineers, has urgently appealed to the Prime Minister to intervene to avert the engineers lock-out. He points out that, besides/ the one million directly affected, seven million other workers will be involved in suffering. '
