SHORTT'S THEATRE.
Some big scenes taken under . the sea are a feature of "The Girl of the Sea," which is now being screened at Shortt'a Theatre. Betty Hills urn is starred. The story is laid' in the West Indies, where Stephen Verrill, a naturalist, secures valuable gold lands. He dies, leaving the deed to the property with his wife and little . girl. His last wish is that hie wife meet Captain Rose. Mrs. Verrill sails on Captain Rose's ship, but the vessol is wrecked and. the child is washed ashore on a_ deserted island. Another attraction is "There are no Villains," a comedy-drama featuring Viola Dana.
