COLLECTING MONEY
■ to rzj sioirot. Sir, —It ha 3 como to our knowledge that children have been collecting in AVellington and Suburbs for St. Peter's Mission and for St. Peter's SundaySchool Picnic Fund. Will you allow us the use of your columns to state that such children have no authority to collect, and that we never send children for such a purpose. We wish to draw 'the attention of the public to this matter, as funds are now being asked for the Social Service Work of the Diocese —and wo request that no one should be given any money for this purpose •who does-not produce a printed sard signed by the Vicar of the Parish.— Yours truly, H. WATSON. '' T. FEILDEN TAYLOB. St. Peter's Vicarage, ' - ' . 3rd March.
