VISIT TO' MAHARAJAH OF KASHMIR. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) • - (RSUTER'S TEIBGRAM.) DELHI, 2nd March. The Prince of Wales arrived at Salivari on a one-day visit to ■ the-"Mahar-ajah of Jammu and Kashmir. His intention to visit the city itself, was abandoned owing to- a small outbreak of plague. The Royal Camp is pitched seven miles away. The ceremonials included a full-dress durbar, a State banquet,' and grand illuminations. All the functions were marked by a lavish and picturesque display, and .the , people's reception was most cordial.
