LONDON, 3rd March,
The National Joint Council, representing, the Trade Union Congress, the Labour Party, and the Parliamentary Party, has appointed a committee to consider the causes, impeding maximum production of industries from the standpoint of the interests of the community, and also to advise a Labour policy for industries to which nationalisation could not at present be applied.
