In pursuance, and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by "The Town Boards Act. 1908," ''The Motor Regulation Act, 1908," "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," and the various Acts amending the same respectively and all other Acts, enabling in that be- . half, the Upper 'Hutt Town Board hereby, by way of Special Order, makes a Bylaw to amend the Bylaw of the said Board made and passed on the 27th day of May, 1908, and intituled "The General Bylaw, 1908." ' The object, and purport of the-proposed Bylaw are to amend 1 Subsection (3) of Section. 96 of the said General Bylaw by omitting the word "ten" therein and substituting the word "fifteen" in lieu thereof, relating to the speed of motorcars.
