PARIS, 26th' February. The newspapers are well satisfied with the conference at Boulogne, and believe France has received all assurances she could possibly require in regard to the Genoa Conference. , The Oeuvre states that Mr. Lloyd George told M. Poihcare at ontie that the Pact could not take the form of a mili' tary convention, and that" it must be essentially moral. While M. Poincare won on the question of Genoa he gave Way slightly on the Eastern question.
