TEACHERS' DEMONStRATION
LONDON, 25th February. Teachers from all parts of the country participated in a demonstration held in Trafalgar Square against the Geddes Committee's report. It was pointed out that the proposed reduction in expenditure by thirty millions oilt of eighty millions was out of nroportion to the proposed cuts' in other services.
