STRAND THEATRE.
On the eve of his marriage to/his second wife, a bachelor dinner is interrupted by a friendly call from the first wife, who is still sufficiently in,love with him to regi-et that she has her divorce. This is the situation in "Wedding Bells," which is at the head of the new double bill at the Strand Theatre. Constance Talmadge, as Rosalie Wayne, was never more charming than in her new role in this production. The other star picture is a Maurice Toarneur super-production, "My Lady's Garter." The story centres round the pursuit of a baffling international thief. The supports include the second episode of "The Luck of the Circus."
