SHORTTS' THEATRE.
Milton Rosmer appears, at the head of a strong cast in "The Amazing Partnership," which heads a first-rate programme "at Shortt's Theatre. This picture is a Stoll British production, and is a screen adaptation of one of the most popular of E. Phillips Oppenheim's boolcs. Cleverly produced by George Ridgwell, the picture forms a detective drama of a most attractive type, its thrills being admirably blended with a strong love interest, and its hero being quite as assiduous in his pursuit of the heroine as in the pursuit of the diamond thieves who kidnap her. A Universal feature, "Short Skirts," is also being shown.
