CROQUET
TOURNAMENT CONCLUDED.
The Wellington Croquet Association's tournament was concluded yesterday : after eleven days'. play. At tho conclusion of the prize-giving by Lady Luke, a presentation was made to Mrs. E. M'Kenzie, hon. sec and her assistants, Mesdames Rhodes Williams, M'Girr, and Halliday, from the oompetitore in th« tournament. Trophies and donations were given by Mesdames M'Villy, Hollard. Brown, Cook, M'Dowoll, and W. Reid. Lady* Luke's rose bowl was won by Mrs. Rhodes Williams and Caughley (Kelburn). The same club also won the champion doubles, Mrs. Banks and Cauffhley beinjr. the winners. Mrs. S. M'Kenzie's silver cup is held by the Npraroina Club this year, Mrs. Morton Smith beinff the successful competitor in the associates' championship.
