LONDON, 16th January. The Evening Standard understands that Mr. Lloyd George has decided, after conversation with Mr. Austen Chamberlain, Lord Birkenhead', and other Ministers, against holding the Gen©raL Election in February. Nothing has been decided'regarding when the appeal to the country shall be made, but the Premier is continuing his conversations with Ministers, and Cabinet will meet' shortly.
