At the Magistrate's Court to-day' Mr. Wilson, S.M., delivered judgment for the defendant jockey George Young, in a claim by the Jockeys' 'Association for £41 3s 9d, annual fee and percentage of earnings by riding winners, a plea of infancy being upheld, •he Magistrate held that though defendant was benefited by membership of the association, he could not find that the said membership was necessary"* to defendant for .gaming his livelihood.
