LONDON, 16th-January. .. Lord Ashbourne's brother, the Hon. Victor Gibson, was found dead on Saturday, sitting in a chair in an hotel at Horsham. The body could not be identified until to-day. All that was previously known waa that ihe deceased had described himself as a dangerous Irish rebel known under numerous aliases in Ireland, that he was a' Cambridge University man, and that he had lived in the Vice-Regal lodge in Dublin fourteen years ago. Death is believed to have been due to natural eausesi. He left a widow and a family.
