STRUGGLE WILL COME TO A HEAD
BERLIN, 16th January. Official ciroles are inclined to ■welcome M. Poincare'e accession on the ground that it will bring to a head the battle between French Chauvinists and Germany.: Herr Stresmanm, leader of the People's Party, states: "We are anxious to see whether M. Poincare will rattle the sabre, or will be compelled to accept what all the world, except the French Nationalists want, namely, world cohesion."
