WELLINGTON TOURNEY.

With the exception of one or two games, play in the croquet tournament concluded at Kelburn Park yesterday. ' Mrs. Maddren won the first game in the I first life of the championship singles, Mrs. Gardner the second, and Mrs. Maddren the final.. The second life will be played to-day. In the handicap doubles the.final was played between Mrs. Maddren and M'Culk>ii,gh (1£) and Mesdames J. H. Kerr and Roberts (3£), the former being the winners. Prizes were presented to the winners and mnners-up by Lady Luke. A few games in. the post entry event have yet to be played.
