'There is;,any amount of butter offering retail in Wellington to-day, at Is 2d per pound; in some places Is l^d. For certain standard brands the wholesale price was reduced to-day to Is Id, giving producers a return a trifle aboveLondon parity, and selling in Wellington at Is 3d per lb.' Auckland retail prices' are Is 7d cash, Is 8d booked; wholesale Is 4d. .
