NEW YORK, v 4th January. Replying to a speaker who deplored the' fact that Holland was not included in ,the Four-Power Pact, Mr. Van Karnebeek, ■ who will leave for Holland shortly, declared that his Government was satisfied' with the present arrangement. ''We had not thought,", he said, "that we would be invited, to'.sLgri the Treaty.. ■ That is why we think it is all right. I consider the Conference hati accomplished a great deal. We approve the Four-Power Treaty because it makes fo'l" peace among our neighbours."
