; MELBOURNEi 4th Januwy. It was announced at a meeting of the Cricket Board, of Control that.the profits of the tour of the Australian. Eleven amounted to £17,700. It was decided to pay a bonus of £300- to Mr. Sydney Smith (the manager) and each member of the,.team,, and. £100 to Mi. Ferguson, the scorer.
