WELL ESTABLISHED IN SOUTH

The oVtegiation from the Young Citizens' League, which has been travelling the Dominion, returned from Nelson this morning after having made a complete tour of the South Island. The party comprised Mr. E. C. Cutteu, S.M (Dominion president), F. M'Guire (vice-president), and Mr. H. Stabbing (genoral organiser)." Speaking to a Post reporter, Mr. Stebbinfj stated that their mission in the South Island had met with complete success, the league having been strongly established in ChrUtchuroh, Dunedin, InvercargiU, Hokitika, W.estport, and Grey mouth. There were also (rood prospects of establishing the league in Nelson. The delegates left by the Main Trunk express to-day for Auokland. It is probable that Messrs. Cutten and Stabbing will return to Wellington within a week or ten days' time.
