Th© wool control regulations, prohibiting the export of wool from Australia at prices lower than the "Bawra" reserves, expired to-day. A deputation waited on Mr. Hughes, Prims Minister, and asked for a six months' extension of the embargo. He granted a fortnight, and promised to refer the matter to Cabinet.
