BRITANNIA THEATRE.
With Priscilla Dean as a stone-hearted queen of the underworld, and Lon Chancy as a powerful rat in whose heart lurks not the slightest ray of loyalty or fear, and witn half a dozen other actors whose presence alone may make a picture, such is "Outside the Law," now being screened at the Britannia Theatre. Tod Browning has woven into his picture a wealtH of human action and emdtion. The story moves quickly •from the beginning, yet not so-quickly 'as to exclude some tender little bits of ■human feeling.
