TWO MORE CASES IN QUEENSLAND

Two additional cases of plague have been reported, one at Rocklea (six miles from South Brisbane) and the other at Townsvijle.
The Home Secretary announced that the Commonwealth Government ivas without supplies of plague curative serum. It had applied to the State authorities for cnltureg of local cases from which to manufacture serum. It was assumed, therefore,' that the cases which had already occurred had not been treated with aerum.
