ALLAN WILKIE SEASON

Mr.- Allan. Wilkie will present to-night an entirely new production of Shakespeare's tragedy of romance, "Romeo and Juliet." This makes the- eleventh play of the present company's repertoire, and is considered by those in a position to say so as , something out- of the ordinary. Considerable time and care has been spent on the production, and the new play should prove a success. Tonight's' presentation will be'in the presence of Her Excellency Lady Jellicoe. Miss Hunter-Watts will appear as Juliet, tho romantic maid who is the heroine of what is perhaps the world's most famous love story, a part in which she has excelled in many countries. Her youth and combined with her exquisite art, make her an excellent exponent of this character. Mr. Leslie Manners will appear opposite her as Borneo. This promising young actor has already won fame as Orlando in "As You Like It," Lucentio in "The Taming of tho Shrew," Fenton in "The Merry Wives of Windsor," and such parts. Mr. Allan Wilkie will appear as the lighthearted Mercutio, boon companion to Borneo, whose untimely end make a sad break in the story. The rest of tho cast is capably filled by the excellent company. "The Merry Wives of Windsor" will be repeated to-morrow night for a last tftne, and the season will come to an end on Saturday with "The Taming of the Shrew."
