MARTON JUNCTION, This Day. The Eangitikei Hunt Club's Meeting was held to-day in fine weather. The going was good and the attendance fair. Won by three lengths, with six lengths between second and third horses. Time, 3min 23sec. Trial Hack Plate, of 120 soys; five furlongs; weight; , 9.o.—Parhian (E. Stratton), 1; [ Flying Nell, 2; Rose of Athens, 3. ' Scratched: Miss Star, Pinache, Scotch Mixture, Lady Thurham, Achilleon, Simorette, Demoness, Pakar&ka, Amarylles, Young Thurnha, Ngtiapa, Rowan. Scratched: Tirau and Stetson. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time, 6min 20sec. L. Berry broke a collarbone in a fall from Nicomar, which was ridden home by F. Lind, getting third place. Crofton Handicap, of 200 soys; eight and a-half furlongs.-^Molyneux (R. Reed), 8.10, 1; Stork, '7.2, 2; Quest, 7:2, 3. Also , started: Starland, Trespass, and Independence.
