There -was <• sensation on the London Stock Exchange {as -the result of the Ottawa Arbitration Board's decision that Grand Trunk Railway stock is -without value, and stocks in, London collapsed. Whereas preference and ordinary stock were -valued at £4,700,000 on Wednesday, they, fell to £2,395,000 on. Thursday.Pira£ preference stock is now quoted1 atl £25, second at £U lOs, third at £8, and ordinary at £2 10a. The nominal value of the stock i5'37,073,000 dollairs. The oity is indignant a.t the manner the Award Board ..proposes to treat shareholders, and will appeal to th« Canadian Government to treat stockholders with fairness. ■ • •': .
