SHORTT'S THEATRE

The Metro film, "The Silver Lining," will be shown for the last time at Shortt's Theatre this evening, together with the supporting programme. Tho big picture for the change to-morrow is "Strictly Confidential," with Madge Kennedy in the lead. The story is a very bright one, a laughable talo of a young miss who married considerably • above her station to find that in her lord's kitchen wero most of her relations. Her uncle, the butler, set about to train her in the proper decorum of the Bantocks, and she is thoroughly cowed by the restrictions imposed upon her, but she talks it over with her husband and comes to the conclusion that she will try her hand at ruling the kitchen in place of the kitchen ruling her. She brings tho relatives to order in the long run, but there are many complications.
