Financiers, business men, banks, and investment houses from the Atlantic to the Pacific are said to have been duped in one of the greatest swindles recorded by the Department of Justice, whose agents have already traced six million dollars' worth of stolen bonds, and nearly, three million dolars in worthless notes and other securities.
