WELLINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOLS' UNION
It has been decided to play a Wellington B ' team against a representative team of primary boys from the Maryborough district on Friday, 16th Septeittr ber. .This Wellington, B team will proV ably include not only boys who were unsuccessful in securing a place in the A team on their form, but also some boys who were cut out of participation in the tournament games at Wanganui by the weight limit of 9st 71b. In order to give the selectors an opportunity of eeeing some of the possible members of the B team in action., it has been arranged that the ..following boys shall play in a game against the.A team on .Tuesday afternoon next, at 2.30 o'clock, on Kilbirnis Reserve :—Full-back, O'Donnell (Mount Cook)'; three-quartera, (Mailman (Terrace), Tovey i (Petone West), Seddon (Hutt D.H.S.); five-eighths, Bretis (Britomart-street), Milne (Te Aro) ; half, Stapleton (Normal).; wing-forward, Douglas (Nevvtown); forwards, Adams, Paters'on, Duff (Newtown), .Fitzmaurice, Pickering (Normal), Hembrow (Brito-mart-street), Welch (Terrace). Emergencies : Thurston (Marist), Condon (Mariet), Blair (Mount Cook) If any of these boys cannot attend on Tuesday liext, the secretary, wishes that masters will acquaint him of the fact immediately. Players will bring their own jerseys. fl .
