The Politiken's Reval correspondent says that a British financial group interested in the \*ckers and Armstrong firms has practically completed negotiations to acquire a concession over Russia's largest dockyard at Nicolaieff, on the Black Sea. The Soviet is to receive 25 per cent, on the output.
