Briarid will head the French delegation at the Disarmament' Conference.. Mr, Charles Hughes (Secretary of State) has asked Congress to appropriate 200,000 dollars for the expenses of the American delegation during .the first two months. Paris reports to the effect ,that English will be the only official languake at the Conferenca. are denied here. It is announced that French will also be used

It is announced that Senator Lodge will be a member of the American Commission at the Disarmament Conference.
