CHORAL MUSIC
TO THB JDITOR. Sir,—l supposs "P.S.A." is waiting to-hear what other interested persons think about the proposed programme for tho coming Musical Festival. Although no others have so far voiced their opinions in your columns on the subject, I think a large number ar» thoroughly in agreement with "J.O.B1" and "P.5.A.," and a big percentage of the active members of the Choral Union itself would welcome a revision of the proposed programme on the' lines indicated by "J.C'.B." .Perhaps the chairman of the Choral Union Committee will let members know at the next practice ■what effect, if any, the well-merited criticisms of "J. 0.8." has had on their policy, and whether there is any chance of 'Oavalleria Rusticana," etc., giving place to something more original on the festicval programme.—l am, etc., J.K.R. 115 th' August.
