Offenders against the city 'bylaws were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this afternoon. J. Baldwin, for having no rear number on his motor-cycle, was ordered to pay coses. Peter Lane, who failed to register his dog, was fined 10s and costs.
