BYLAWS BROKEN
Offenders against the city 'bylaws were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this afternoon. J. Baldwin, for having no rear number on his motor-cycle, was ordered to pay coses. Peter Lane, who failed to register his dog, was fined 10s and costs. The following were ordered to pay 7s sosts: —Percy Harris, Charles Hanson, Arthur Low, Alicia Mitchell, James P. Reille, Georg« Temperley, and Cecil .Trilford: ■> •
