ALLEGED ATTEMPTED MURDER
(II TILIfRAfH.-PRES! AHOCIAHM.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. William Cannon, a waterside worker, was arrested at LytteMon on a charge of attempting to murder his wife, Ruby Cannon, and, was to-day remanded. The inoident occurred last night. It is stated that Cannon had a disagreement with 'his wife, produced a revolver and fired a shot at her through' the window.
