NEW SOUTH WALES TEAM
DEFEAT OF BAY OF PLENTY.
(BT TELEOnAPfI.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) . ! ROTORUA, 15th August. The New South Wales Eugby football team easily defeated Bay of Plenty by 29 points to 3. The weather was fine, the ground fairly dry, and the attendance about 1000. The visitors' cleverness and combination were altogether too much for the Bay team, who only scored a goal from a free kick in the first spell, and were utterly overwhelmed irr the second spell.
