MINERS' ASSESSORS, v AND THE COAL DISPUTE CASE REFERRED TO THE COURT. (II TIIMRAM.—MISS ASIOCIATKN.) REEFTON, This Day. The Conciliation Council met at Reefton this morning to deal with tlhe coal dismrte. There was no appearance of
the union's assessors, and 'the matter was referred to the Arbitration Court. Mi. Newton, Commissioner,, expressed regret at the union's decision not to, be represented. He hoped that in a short time they would see a different view.
