F. 0 Leary. ,Ace? rdm S to the statement of claim, plaintiff sufiered serious physical disabilities as a result of _ being knocked d<>wn by a motor-car driven by the defendant. The claim for £200 was made u& as follows:—Medical expenses, £10;' chemist, £3 10s; loss of salary, £18; value of clothes destroyed, £33 2s; expenses of recuperating trips, £19 13s; general damages, £115 15s. . The majority of the items were admitted by Mr. O'Leary; it was simply a matter, he said, of assessing the general damages. Mr. Page gave judgment for special damages amounting to £41 6s- 4d, and general damages amounting to £60. He »l*o allowed costs amounting to £9 14s 6d..
