LUDENDORFF'S MILITARISTIC .. , SPEECH. ' \(Received August 16, I£ls p.m.) BERLIN, 15th August. General yon Ludendorff reappeared at a Pan-German demonstration at tho opening of the Commercial Fair at Konigsberg. In a strongly militaristic speech, he described himself as Yon Hindenberg's representative and a member of the old armyj whose spirit should permeate the new times. Other generals spoke in the same strain.
