LONDON, 13th August. The. Test Selection Committee*,; annoyed by a performance of a play en-' titled "Choosing a" Team" at the Royalty Theatre,. Mr. Foster, , chairman oi, , the committee, wrote to the management of the theatre:' "I hear 1 -you-'have 1' the -impertinence to make light of" the Test matches Selection Committee. , I. have therefore requested the Board of Control to attend your'theatre'and find out if there is anything which miglU.'glva cause for an action for libel. I hope Ar your sake it is not so, but if it -is I have decided to place the matter in the'hands of solicitors. I give you due notice."
