Among the undefended divorce cases heard on Tuesday was one in which the .ground submitted was that the parties had. been' separated for the statutory period, after the issue of a separation order. " When official evidence was called, howevei', it was found that the document on file, although endorsed "separation order," was actually only a maintenance order, the words relating to separation haying boon struck out in error, Mr, Justice Sim ordered counsel for the petitioner (Mr. . Watson) to secure a fresh copy from Mr, S. Ev M'Oa.rLhy, S.M., who had issued the original in April, 1918. This was done, and tha document was yesterday submitted to his Honour. A decree nisi was therefore granted.
