ATHENS, 11th August. Semi-official.—The War Minister, re-, viewing the military position, said the Keraalist army was totally crushed and was no longer of military importance. Regarding peace, Greece did not want to repeat past mistakes, and would demand guarantees against the enemy attacking Greece again, and also to secure the liberated populations from further
oppression.
The newspapers state that the General Staff has decided that the territories outside the delimitation of the Turkish Treaty shall be placed under an independent military administration under Greek laws.
