( An Indianapolis resident went up to the sidewalk news-stand to buy his regular weekly magazine.
"Police stopped us sellin' anything but newspapers. Drug stores and hotel newsstands mado a kick : against us," the attendant; told'him. . ■
"You mean no one is selling magazines from the street news-stands?" asked the would-be purchaser. :
: "Nobody except the stand on the next corner. He's bottleggin' 'em."
